Having a private vehicle with a driver is the only way to go, you get one on one professional service from a driver that knows your travel plans and can anticipate your questions and needs. Being met at baggage claim and seeing your name on a sign just like the movies will make the beginning of your trip not only memorable but worry free. Our vehicles park in a special VIP tunnel under airport so there is no chance of encountering our Florida weather or Long taxi lines. Are your cars and SUV's insured and permitted?

All vehicles are state inspected twice yearly for safety and have a 2 million dollar insurance policy. We also license all vehicles with the city of Orlando, Sanford, Port Canaveral and Orange County.

What are your driver's qualifications?

All drivers are required to have a Florida Department of Law Enforcement Background checks and our insurance carrier mandates a clean driving record. The average driver has over 10 years of driving experience in the Orlando area as professional chauffeur.

What is the safety record of your company and your drivers?

The safety of our passengers is our most important priority, we only use careful drivers with well maintained vehicles, to date we have never had an accident.

How do I make a reservation and how far in advance is recommended?

We have a state of the art online reservation system which only takes 30-45 seconds to fill out as well as toll free numbers for the US, Canada and UK if you are more comfortable talking with a real live person. We suggest you make your reservation as soon as you are comfortable with your travel arrangements, our system allows reservations up to 12 months in advance although we shine when handling very last minute requests.

Do you offer a free grocery stop?

We pride ourselves in making our part of your vacation or business trip pleasant and in that spirit we offer a 15 minute complimentary grocery stop at a local supermarket or convenience store, a $1 per minute charge will be paid to driver for going over 15 minutes but that rarely ever happens. Available on round trips only.

Do you provide free car seats and boosters?

Standard car seats, infant car seats and booster seats are available at no charge.

How much should I tip?

A standard tip of 20% is the industry standard in Orlando for excellent service. We do not add this to your quote and is the only additional money you will have to pay, we have no surprise charges ever!

What payment options are available and can I prepay?

We accept all major credit cards however we do not accept cash. All reservations are paid in advance.

Can we be driven anywhere?

ALT can go absolutely anywhere in Florida. We can go from one end of state to the other as well as any where in the Orlando area. Disney, Gator Land, Universal, Lego Land, Seaworld, downtown Orlando are just a few of the hundreds of places we go every month.

Do you offer residential service?

We are a full service company servicing airports, ports, hotels, theme parks as well as any home in Florida. We offer door to door service in a timely manner with a smile.

Do you offer charter service?

Charter service is offered in all vehicles starting at $60 per hour with a 3 hour min. Our service is very similar to hiring a limo at a third of the cost, we do multiple pickups and drop offs in the Orlando area for parties, funerals, weddings, nights out on the town or whatever your needs might be.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Please contact us immediately if your flight is cancelled or delayed and we will reschedule your driver at no extra charge. Our drivers also use 2 different tracking software platforms to insure a seamless airport pickup.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Receive a full refund if cancellation is at least 3 business days before initial pickup. If cancellation is within 3 business days of initial pickup, there are no refunds. Within 3 days of initial pick up our drivers are guaranteed to be paid and vehicle has already been assigned to your pick up.

Are you a Travel Agent?

A 20% gratuity will be added to final price of all fares. A commission of 10% will be paid on the base rate on the 15th of next month. Wait time and extra stops will be billed directly to the client and are not eligible for commission. The payment must be made in full at least 7 days prior to transfer, if possible, to guarantee a vehicle will be available.
